Questions arise over incident involving drunken Reno police officer who wasn’t arrested

Author: Indecision and delays by Reno Police Department officials allowed an off-duty officer who was found passed out and intoxicated behind the wheel of his running BMW to eventually walk away from what should have been a drunken-driving arrest, according to information obtained by the Reno Gazette-Journal through interviews and police reports.
