AG’s bill aims to clarify dui house-arrest policy
Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto, whose opinion in February sent eight drunken-driving offenders back to prison, has filed a bill draft request with the 2011 Legislature that she said aims to clarify the law on house arrest.
